I do wonder what the incentive is for healthcare related...

I do wonder what the incentive is for healthcare related businesses though. I'm sure retailers are happy to pay the fees if it means more customers through their door, but healthcare primarily deals with people who don't have a choice. You don't just start rocking up to the dentist to get extra fillings just because you can split the payment. You get fillings because you have to. So I don't see how this benefits the business offering it.
