So many households have stable income but billing peaks can easily exceed fortnightly or monthly income when multiple big bills or unexpected costs land at once (rates, rego, water, gas etc) gives the consumer the option to spread payments over a longer period to encompass multiple pay cycles without penalty as long as they meet the terms of their repayments.
