    Healthscope last week bought some medical centres from Brisbane based The Doctors Company (formerly Medeco Medical Centres).

    In the past two years the Doctors Company tried but failed twice to float on the ASX.

    These medical centres were previously owned by Sunshine Coast based Australian Medical Centres (AMC), which was bankrupted in December 2008.
