If a deal was close there is no doubt that the events if the last two days would have substsantially changed the jv terms. Howard had lost his opportunity as now any jv partner worthy of doing business with would no doubt re structure the deal. This will only add fuel to qmn's woes as they will likely need to do a cap raising at much lower share prices as they will soon need money to fund their exploration program. Management has been way too slow to act; they have missed the boat. The share price will likely go sub 7 cents this time around with no insto or broker to support the price. Why buy this stock when there are so many better value companies with substantial cash holdings that are producing. I am glad that I sold out at 11.5 cents as I think this time they will be punished severely. In saying what I have said I hope I am wrong for the benefit of retail holders!
