25 ml or more of cider.
10 gm butter.
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon wholegrain mustard
And some of the following to taste:
Anchovy paste.
Miso.
Sake.
Soy sauce.
Smoked tabasco.
Xo sauce.
Thicken slightly with corn flour and water.
Serve with the following:
250 gm of white crab meat.
Toast.
