Healthy snacking for Winter.

    Didn't have much breakfast this morning. So I put my "nosh" bowl nearby while reading here. It contains almonds (crushed), golden raisins, pumpkin seeds, cashew nuts, slivered almonds, sunflower seeds, and big fat macadamias (pieces, as they are cheaper that way). Oops, if only I could find where I have put my brazil nuts!!!!
