IMO lack of supply on the TSX will force North American investors to buy on the ASX and some may already be bot accumulating, assisting the home price.
I would expect some news to be released before Thanksgiving as the week before to 2 weeks after historically performs very well. Middlemas is clued up to managing the information flow and has done a pretty good job so far.
I expect the PFS to come in either on track or an improved position as economies of scale with the new leases kick in. Should be potentially one of the lowest (or the lowest) cost in North America.
And I think the size and low cost of the resource and available infrastructure will end up being flagged by the likes of Peabody who are obviously in the acquisition market for very large assets and are having some trouble expanding their US operations in a cost effective manner.
You would expect some more profit taking around $1.50, but if the PFS or resource upgrade news is in I think the instituional investors will gratefully absorb it.
I was surprised to see some continue to short this stock. This will only assist the share price as they scramble to cover.
