    Good post Hindsy. Some of the speculation from both sides on HC is breathtaking at times! I agree with your assessment of short and long term value as well. I'm quite keen to actually realise some of this value at some stage though (preferably within my lifetime...). One or other of HAW or LCY would be fine, both would be excellent.
