Past experience suggests that your comment ----

suggests to me a major SELL signal.

That is the sort of comment/rumour that gets spread around when spivs are unloading.

Now you may well be an honest contributor making an informed comment - or an honest contributor spreading a rumour that has come your way.

But people should be beware.
This is a typical "Ramp and Sell" technique.
