$1.50 US sounds like a believable takeover offer, translates to around $1.95, around 27% premium to the current 1.54 price.
Unlikely to succeed IMO, but still very good for holders.
May initiate a takeover war, like VSL recently did.
Even if it fails, gives more visibility to the valuations and should provide a solid base for the future price.
