At 2007 earnings of 17 cents per share, the less than $1 attributed by the market to the oil assets you have calculated, the PE is currently less than 6.
Nothing for 20 odd exploration wells in 4 proven oil/gas regions that are underway now.
No one complained when the share price went from sub 20 cents to $2.00 between late 2001 til March 05 under the same management.
A whiff of gas or oil from any of these holes will ignite the share price from these low levels. If these don't go back to $2+ before the end of May I'll divorce my wife.
