The stock was previously trading at around 50-60c, with a high of about 66c. The original shares on issue was about 202m. Now with Loh's new Christmas hamper we have about 275m shares on issue which should represents approximately a 36% dilution so say 55c (previous average trading price) less 36% is 35c. The stock in my opinion is now oversold and presents a good buying opportunity BUT how does anyone know if they'll issue another 70m or so shares to someone else?
I've heard of shaking the tree but they may as well chop the damn thing down!!!!!
Not a happy camper...I'm going to demand heads roll at EPY for this :-O
