    I am told that the abc ran a small item on ntm on Saturday and alluded to a new agreement negotiated with the traditional owners for mining the manganese in the shallow water round Groote Eylandt. I have tried to phone the company for clarification but just got an answering machine. also looked for asx announcement and found nothing. has anyone here heard anything? tia
