10 million dollars for 114000 shares. some good faith and support from the former CEO. Extremely generous but smells a bit fishy don't you think? doesn't it s seem odd that they paid him such a huge price for so few shares then now that they IPO'd the remaining shares are worth a fraction of the price? I doubt the judge will be so naive to believe this story that is backed by little physical evidence.

"The company says he is entitled to one share per option, and that the dispute has already been resolved by the settlement of an earlier NSW Supreme Court dispute. There is also a legal question about whether a public float amounted to a “sale of the business” that triggered a right to exercise the options."

Nuix claims that a 2017 court case proves that Sheehy is not entitled to the share split when in reality they actually really just paid Sheehy to delay the proceedings. Interesting developments seems like the defendants are trying to delay the inevitable as long as possible but it really does seem the time of judgement has come, I fear that if NUIX wins this case the same day we will be seeing pigs fly.

Good luck all, you know times are desperate when people create threads to push biased posts trying to nitpick from articles to manipulate hot copper audiences.

And I will continue posting my opinions, you can do so too, you seem desperate, is AFR paying you? you don't hold , why are you even here?
