ex ceo is not taking money from Macquarie .
he taking money from nuix shares holders...
nuix , ex ceo and Macquarie did not sign or record any detail related to ex ceo opitions in the future...
when nuix split shares 1 to 50 , nuix believes ex ceo are not entitle to this split.. since no longer working in the company... only an advisor
but ex ceo said he still holding the options and believes he entitle 1 to 50 split....
nuix, Macquarie , ex ceo are all at fault...
did nuix perform the duty of care???
did ex ceo understand he was no longer an employee or share holder??
is opition entitle for company split??
i believes nuix should have the upper hand...
maybe $2 million settlement but not full $182 million...
judge will reduce due to both party negligence...
