Haven't been too interested in today's directions hearing kirbieCat but we do seem to get an update as soon as AGS have the results in writing. My thoughts are that today's hearing will just be more docs produced or applied for as the ML and DC case is likely to drag on for some time yet..
More time critical imo is progress on the ntma mediation process. It's sept tomorrow so not a lot of time left if an oct trial is to be avoided.
From memory this issue is being judge managed - covering both ace's action against Q/HG and Q's action against the registrar- not to forget the importance of the other major party - viz the representatives of the Adnyamathanha Native Title Claimant Group who must be tiring of signing agreements ... Hope it's 3rd time lucky this time...
Looking at the slideshow on the website showing all the piping and the Beverley plant itself .. it's not hard to imagine production going ahead quickly once the NTMA is signed and sealed by all parties ..
