I meant to say that I hope that the way that the legal status update is presented is not representative of how the AGS legal counsel/s go about presenting infront of a judge.
It's a joke! Poorly presented. I noticed that the current status update removed the silly statement that they were moving ahead with mediation once they agree on the identity of the mediator. Who writes this stuff?!
A good lawyer should be easy to understand. I hope AGS have chosen well.
The legal status update is a mess.
