I have moderate hearing loss. Though there is a great number of hearing aid supplies, I thought about using cochlear implants. I just want to hear well without wearing any devices. They require surgery and are best suited for people with more severe hearing loss and poor speech understanding. Of course, this is a great solution for many people, though there are risks like nerve damage, dizziness or balance problems, hearing loss, ringing in your ears, leaks of the fluid around the brain, and meningitis.
