All hearing aids are designed to reduce background noise. That is one of the main points, as they increase the range of frequencies for voices and reduce those of background noise to suit the frequencies where the wearings hearing loss is.

AI is a hot topic in the last few years and they are all advertising products which utilise AI to help filter those frequencies more efficiently and with variability.

I am not sure of and big product announcements, but brands like Phonak and Oticon have had their products out for a number of years and I would expect new products from them in the not too distant future. Both are very big companies. But as I said, Starkey really push their AI products and sell themselves as a market leader in the AI segment of hearing aids.
