yesterday's announcement proposed raising $10M by issuing 70M shares, which is an indicative price of 14.28 cents per share & would cap the company at $95M fully diluted
do you think QUR have the investors lined up who are willing to pay 14 cents?
or do you think QUR are just rolling the dice (aka 'pumping') for some Jewish luck?
