    Its what everyone involved in this stock does not want to here. But a very valid point.

    The nuts and guts are - the fall out will most probably come back to not being in the States interest.

    Everyone is focussed on the Minister - The whole thing came about because of a lodgement system that did have holes in it and they wern't all on RIO's side.

    I think the fallout if CAZ win will be far greater on the industry than the fallout of a RIO win.

    But you never know, RIO might just say, Ahh what the heck and let it go. (Doubt it though)
