Totally agree with you charliek. This is a pretty huge over reaction from some holders... the tree shakers are probably gobbling up bargains when you consider nothing has changed except the appeal will possibly be (and is being proposed for) just 4 weeks later. Im terms of christmas that means the appeal is just 30 sleeps later than desired...
