Remember Turville the most vocal of all CHM supporters, why is'nt he here now ramping up CHM before the court case, probably becasue as he said he sold 95% of his CHM shares, probably has sold the rest , which shows he has no confidence CHM can win, look at CHM's share price 1.1c and and hardly traded, the market also thinks it has buckleys chance,,l'm loooking foward now CHM is about to bite the dust should give MMX share price a good boost.
