Vintage if you wonder why some people on here take a set against you just read your last sentence.. "There may be appeals but that remains to be seen"

You put your name on the line in stating that this wasn't going to be a formality and you were clearly wrong so do you once again stand by this new "appeals" claim or will you yourself finally see that these contentions are dead and buried along with a lot of everyone's time here discussing them.

Procedural matter - box ticked in my book. The smart money wasn't going to pile in if this wasn't the case.
