As I read it there is no objection re mining its an objection re water useage. Simply it will be dismissed.
The real concern is the project itself. If all is going well, even though delayed timeframes, an announcement should be out soon re decline progress, TSX listing progress, tolling agreement progress and sales contracts. If all this unravels over the next few weeks as indicated by management then the SP will improve.
However never dismiss the lack of integrity some on this board of management have demonstrated to the market place. They ain't in WCU for you You just approve and fund their financial game playing and standard of living.
