Does anyone know the process of hte coury hearing...
ie. is it likely that the magistrate/judge/assessor hear the case over the period of one (or more) days and then retire to consider the verdict/outcome...
If that is how itworks we could be waiting for a few weeks for the judge bloke to make up his mind and release his decision.
Hopefully mgmt will keep us up to date with starting of court proceedings, finish of court proceedings and subsequent decision of the bloke with the funny wig and black coat (harry potter)
