Sis - apologies if this is a stupid question...
If Quasar reject the statement of claim, does this then ensure the case goes ahead? I would think that if they accept it, then wouldn't that be saying that they were guilty?
If that's the case, of course they will reject it, hence 23 April hearing, which would hopefully be to set a court date.
