Oslo, I know what you're saying about the confidentiality agreement, and how it is draining our shareprice of most forms of life.

However, the thing that we need to hold on to is this part (taken from the Legal Status Update);

"As the statement of claim contains confidential information which, under the joint venture agreement with Quasar ACE is obliged not to disclose, by consent, the Court has ordered that the statement of claim and the defences and reply be treated as confidential until further order."

The last sentence in particular suggests that it could be as near as 23rd April that we find out what is in that Statement of Claim. I'd imagine J Mansfield knows the rules in regards to a listed company, so I wouldn't be surprised if he makes the claims open for the public soon.

As Sis said, JM is looking like he wants it done and dusted, lifting the CC on this statement may be the best way to do it.
