    Mose - you may be right. The revised Statement of Claim may force H/Q's hand.

    However, as you and I have alwasy disagreed on this, I still stand by my view that if they did make an offer, then we will take ensure we go to court.

    They may make us an offer, but we won't accept it (IMO).
