Jays, what does it all mean? Have you cracked the code yet?
To my non-legal savvy mind, is it sugesting that we were given access to certain documents a while back (as per previous orders/judgements), and now the time has come for us to consider/reconsider our claims?
Is the ball in our court? Do we feel we have got enough evidence to win this, or will we pull out? While it's not assuring a victory, you would think if we are happy to proceed that it would have to be a massive confidence boost.
Could this be why management are earning their big bucks? Going over every single piece of evidence with a fine-tooth comb? I thought they played tiddlywinks all day.
