The question that comes to my mind is how this relates to the appeal?

What happens if we are granted further discovery?

Will we possibly amend our claim again?

Has a judgement been made already on the appeal and both parties were aware of this yesterday?

What happens if the amended statement of claim is not accepted this time around? Wouldn't think this was even possible.

Good to see that the next hearing is not 6 months down the track though.

Now waiting on the appeal for further discovery.

It would be nice to know details.

I have been wondering if AGS may have ago at Quasar on the basis of obfuscation in the original JVA aswell as the misleading prospectivity thing.
