Jazzasax, Not meant to be a lack of empathy at all. I appreciate that there may be considerable concern for some people. Hopefully the truth will prevail, the LAMP will be proven safe and these concerns can be allayed. My understanding is simply that the residents case was not presented under the correct process and so will be dismissed tomorrow, to follow thru this correct procedure. As an investor I do feel that the likely outcome is the residents' case will not be successful and Lynas will proceed to production. Doesn't mean I don't appreciate or respect their rights.
