Yuro - that would be a great outcome, but can you please explain how you arrive at that view?
Is it essentially a gut feeling - because that is what you want to happen - or is it your considered opinion after addressing the contentions in detail, studying the relevant case law, addressing the contentions with respect to what is in the original Strata application and their responses to the RAI and/or speaking to the litigants' counsel?
In the absence of doing those things, I find it hard to see how you can be so sanguine about the outcome by the end of the SEIS process.
