    ILLIQUID This is what i was stating in my earlier post- funding is not present and no signs that it will come to light as per Gus's statement- i Personally thnk PEN is going to be overlooked for 2012 now...lucky for me i ONLY hold about 2% of my capital in PEN so not concerned
