I was reading the latest lot of documents lodged on the AER website:

Wasn't sure whether i should be encouraged or not!!!
Tourmaline requested and adjournment, CPL objected and then AER settled and said NO to any adjournment. However, AER took a shot across both of their bows telling them to make sure they deal with co-development of the mine for coal and for gas...
??? Looks like they are not close at all to a settlement.
This ones going legal ( i hope it doesn't!!!)
