Hearing

Only a few days to the Hearing. Is anyone on top of the massive amount of paper work produced over the last month or so? I'm not. I've had a few goes but it really is a full time job covering it all - reading all the submissions, the expert testimonies, the rebuttals, cross-checking with the Regulations, the Strata application, the DSEIS, the FSEIS etc etc. Exhausting! I don't have a clear view of whose arguments are going to win the ASLB's vote. But I can see that both sides have put an enormous amount of work and money into making their respective cases.

I'm travelling for a few days - until next Tues night - and unlikely to log in before then. So when I return the Hearing will be in full swing.

Best of luck to the Strata and NRC teams in putting their cases and good luck to all in terms of a positive outcome (even though we are unlikely to know the outcome before January 2015)
