    PEN mightn't be sold down, but am staggered by the mute reaction to the wonderful news. And production in mid 2015 eh. Who would have thought?

    So perhaps there is some reluctance in the market but am much more comfortable where we are in this climate now, while expecting it to improve around... mid next year
