My reccomendation to most here if you're concerned about this...

My reccomendation to most here if you're concerned about this hearing would be to call Gus and have a chat with him. I know some here don't trust him so I know this post will have it's detractors but Gus called me upon returning home from the US a week ago after I had emailed him in regards to the hearing while he was away. It was a fairly brief conversation but it's fair to say the company is extremely extremely confident the contentions will be dismissed. Obviously Gus is going to put up a confident positive front (as always) so make of that what you will however if you've got the time to sit and read all these posts about the possible doom and gloom scenarios then what's the harm in speaking to the man closest to the situation? Just my opinion. And when the contentions are dismissed then you watch the noise that comes out of this company then. No point giving anything away until we get the green light.
