Liam - I tried to make it clear in my last post that it is NOT correct that "every potential u producer will have these same risks right now"
The NRDC has joined forces with the PRBRC to use Strata's Lance project as a test case on the efficacy of NRC's SML licensing processes. This has NOT happened to ay other recent U mining near-term producer in Wyoming. So this Hearing and its outcomes is a situation specific to PEN.
There have been interventions in other States for some companies - such as Hydro Resources - but most do not have to face this particular hurdle.
