That makes good sense. Many dont drink enough water....pure water. Drinking coffee from morning to night is not the same as drinking water.
About 6 months back, I started to get pain in my left kneecap, which intensified over many weeks till it was excruciatingly painful to touch. had to sleep with a pillow between my legs to stop my knees touching.
then pain started in my right knee, followed by in the knuckles & fingers of my right hand.
Then one night, i had such excrutiating pain in my abdomen, my wife made me go to the local casualty ward, where I was x-rayed. A nurse then came to me and informed me sweetly :" GZ, you are full of s..t!"
I said "I get told that frequently"... She said, "No, really". Despite no obvious constipation, i was nearly totally blocked up. They kept me there for about 6 hours, making me drink various concoctions with a litre of water in between each.
Was told to cut down the coffee, and drink lots of water, which I did.
After about 4 days, all my joint pains went....they were due to a buildup of toxins!!
Now, whenever i get a joint pain, I increase my water intake, and it goes.
Dont know why that is happening to me now, but drinking lots of water fixes it.
So much for the quack that said I might need a knee replacement.
