Everyone has been very informative and helpful indeed throughout the journey - shout out to @anatol @vmp @Goldilocks @Anteviariel @Process1 @FlashPoint @TrayonRanger @Kikker1959 and many others who contribute - apologies if I have missed anyone.

Congratulations @picastoc on the retirement. I am sure it is a wonderful phase to be in - to be able to spend time with your friends and family doing the things you love doing. I am at least 2 decades away from it. Having said that, semi-retirement could come earlier than that - again it is because of LTR that I am even able to entertain the idea of it. I am a civil engineer myself, however, economics has always been an area of great interest and fascination to me. I think everything is directly or indirectly related to economics.
