Brilliant!!! observation GGG777 regarding the gov and the way they spend our tax money.
The old man KerryP was so right...and he could not be silenced...
I am sure that many individuals including myself would swallow the bitter pill of paying the proposed new taxes...provided the money was guaranteed to be very wisely spend and every expense was accounted for diligently.
Unlike the complete utter fiasco of the Victorian gov with the Comm Games...
and their cancellation...the expected settlement bill a tidy sum of around $450Mil...
I'm sure they would like to call it "Money well Spent"...shambolic.
This amount would easily fund LTR's gap in funding with lots of cash to spare.
Mind boggling incompetence if you ask me....
