    This one is interesting because VCR came straight out and said they were not expecting an offer from Abiomed (assume this is who we are talking about) when it was first reported in the press. As Abiomed are US based, are we looking at US$ or AU$ laraway? Heartware was US$282M. Personally, I'd probably be happy with US$140M which would be about AU$215M. That's AU$0.71 a share.

    I suppose I will wake up soon which will end that fantasy!
