Big pharma currently get huge revenue from unsafe and ineffective therapies. It would be nice to have something safe that worked and kept on working. I believe mesenchymal stem cells do work and are the future. I don't have a scientific background but I know creative scientific minds. I live with two of them; they're so smart that averagely smart people sometimes think they're a bit thick. It's a fair point that people don't turn up to appointments. My view is that SI didn't want the discussion to be taken up with wrangling over details because he's so focused on the big picture and this has been construed as arrogance/evasiveness. I have to say, though, the critics on this forum do a thorough job and have worried me. I'll get my daughter to go over the data tomorrow and go with her opinion.
