I bet is is not only the Heart foundation .... most of these so called foundation are slowly being proven wrong.
I was given cream for Rosacea cream by Doc for a rash and the Chemist worked out it was from using baby wipes to take off my make up... he was right
I was prescribed an inhaler after an asthma attack from a spa ... Chemist said it was the chemicals and to use salt ones ...... It worked.
Another Chemist looked at me and said I needed vit D...... had test was 10... again right.
One Doc at my surgery told me to take Calcium with my Vit D ... something felt wrong so I just got Vit D ....... Another Doc at same place told me to stop taking the calcium sup... affects the heart. (never took it) thank god.
What next.... thank god for good people and the internet.
