    orionwoo - I like your thoughts but the harsh and brutal reality for any of the Surat guys is no rail, poor thermal price and ports slowing down, mean their coal projects are going nowhere. MTE tried bauxite and got their fingers burnt. They need to be very clever if they achieve what you are hoping. I doubt they are capable.
