Hi Poyndexter I used about 600 to 700 grams of each to get 1 cup, being lazy I just put them both through the juicer. Had my first dose this morning doesn't taste too bad. I recently had some stents put in and the chap before me didn't need his done after being on blood thinners for 5 weeks after a angiogram showed he had two arteries 70% blocked. If one little pill a day for 5 Weeks cleared his arteries I an willing to give this a try,if it doesn't work nothing lost.
