I am also convinced it is a ten bagger from here even if it is a 3 year time frame. It appears to have support at 4.5 which is very encouraging as im on a K a tick so I was getting a bit nervous yesterday but this is one stock ive vowed to hang onto. If any one remembers when she bounced over 10 it wasnt really that long ago and it shouldnt take much to fire up a ridiculously underpriced REIT.

I note the constant comments by non stock holders re the perils of Euro Real Estate however I would also like to find real estate that hasnt sooner or later continued on its guaranteed climb in asset value.
