im in at 3k a tick, so i watch it, looking for the heartbeat to speed up.

The properties have been revauled a few times and are well under replacement. sooner or later the marker will realise this.
With companies that write off goodwill etc, there is no quick turn around, with the properties the next valuation, if higher or stabilized will ignite the price into double figures. orbis are still holding, and confident.
