As far as the questioned which was asked re gold pouring, I think it will depend on a number of factors. The issue with not having a gold room at the moment is the big one. No gold room, no regular gold pour. Not sure about smaller operations however one would think a pour a couple of times a week would not be out of the question. With the info on the silver content I would be suprised if they are able to achieve much more than 10-15% Au. Am guessing of course, however they have not really given too much indication re how they plan to address the silver issue.
